Hi, it's julie here I thought I would share my thoughts with you all today, as you know this past week has not been one of my best and I could do with a liitle bit of encouragement, so please all you CFS / ME sufferers past and present let me know how you are doing. Share your thoughts with me, give me and likewise afflicted people a little bit of encouragement.  Whilst resting in bed last night I thought it would be great for the site if we could start a recovery section to give fellow CFS /ME  sufferers hope and encouragement.
