My name is julie yes I struggle with M.E,
everywhere that I go my supplements come with me.

Meditation yoga and a bit of EFT,
All supposed to help me rebuild from this M.E

I feel such guilt and sadness its overwhelming me,
filtered water low energy all part of having M.E

Some days I think i've conquered this,some days it does beat me.
Each and every single day restricted by M.E

If you think im letting you take my life away from me,
One day soon i'll be strong just you wait and see!!

Today is a gift - by Zoran

This could be your last day on earth,
no time to reflect only time to search
For you should push and try new things,
dont spend time waiting in the wings.

Take today as your final gift,
dont let it go no time for rifts.
This could be your last day on earth,
Its up to you to show the world your worth.

So take action and dont delay,
with thoughts of this as your final day.
Get up get washed take a challenge or two,
Time is ticking so make sure you do!!

My Superhero Dad - by Zoran

My mum she has M.E and she needs alot of help,
Day by day she pushes hard yet she cant do it by herself.
This is where my dad comes in with all the things he does,
life has changed so drastically yet  he will rise above the fuzz.

M.E is called the silent illness misunderstood to those around,
take a moment out your day to thank the carers who make no sound.
His life it's changed just like my mums in a different sort of way,
replacing inner anger  with his love throughout the day.

So I send hugs and thanks to the best dad in the world,
Thanking you for helping mums tough journey to re-build.
With all your help and your love I'm sure mum will improve
I'm so glad she's got you there containing all within your groove. X

Take a look inside the mirror,
the one that reflects your life.
If the image that you see,
is not the one you like.
You have within the power to change,
so tommorows image delights.

for two minutes or maybe nine.

In everyone who comes to us,

The next chapters in our lives,
their words they are devine.

So take note,and don't dismiss,

Lifes journey is about to take,

Halfway House-by Zoran

Sitting here three years over thirty,
Still working daily on the keyboard qwerty.
Maybe halfway through my days,
What inspirational achievements are left yet to raise?

I've always strived for something more,
Wont have a boss to show me the door.
Working daily for myself,
Stressing to find a staggering wealth.

My thoughts consumed with money and work,
Until I slow down then inspiration wont lurk.
What is it though that I must achieve?
Why does it matter? Relax, trust and believe.

Contemplating my journey, what path should I take?
To the left inspiration, to the right a mistake.
Inspirational achievements that I want to raise,
Wont be found in my heads obsessional daze.

My mind to remain clear, focused and pure.
No longer I fight I've nothing to cure.
Of course I must work to earn money to live,
Yet the balance of life will allow me to give.

Inspirational achievements from this day on,
No need to stress nor look, there's only half my life gone.
If true I'm half way through my days,
Inspiration will find me, with one of lifes many ways.

Why you put your faith in me?.
The things I've said, things I've done,
What stopped you from trying to run?

Consumed within my twisted mind,
Kind words and love I could not find.
Images of a loaded gun,
What stopped you from trying to run?

I have shown you the door to leave me,
Go on, be gone I've set you free!
With life what you could have done?
What stopped you from trying to run?

Your faith I know I must repay,
As a husband, a father I need you to stay.
Your resolute love shines through like the sun,
Your belief and  faith is why you'll never run.

The weekend is here no work for you,
Been stressed all week your rest now due.
These two days seize all you do,
Spend them wisely and thou shalt not rue.
